Sing Coach (app id jp.aidjapan.singcoach) is published by AID JAPAN CO., LTD ("we"). Effective date: 4 October 2026.

Summary: Sing Coach collects no data. Everything the app does with your voice and face happens on your device, in memory, while you use it. Nothing is recorded, stored, or sent to us or anyone else.

  1. Microphone. The microphone is off until you press "Use my microphone". While it is on, the app measures the pitch and loudness of your voice to show it on the screen, score each phrase and choose a tip. The sound is analysed on your device and then discarded. It is never recorded, saved to a file, or sent.
  2. Camera and face data. The camera is off until you turn on "Mouth feedback (camera)". While it is on, the app uses the front camera — 3D face tracking (ARKit, TrueDepth camera) where the device has it, otherwise a 2D face landmark estimate (Apple Vision) — only to read the shape of your mouth (how open, round or spread it is) and compare it with the vowel you should be singing. Each camera frame is reduced to a few mouth-shape numbers in memory and then discarded. Face data is never recorded, stored, or sent, never used to identify you, never shared with anyone, and never used for any other purpose (no advertising, no analytics, no training of any model). No camera picture is shown on an external display.
  3. Apple Intelligence. On devices where Apple Intelligence is on (Japanese or English), Apple's on-device language model may reword a coaching tip. It receives only the result of the phrase (which coaching rule applies and the score) — never your voice, face or any personal information — and it runs on your device. The app does not use Private Cloud Compute or any other online AI service.
  4. No accounts, no tracking. No sign-in, no account, no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, no tracking across apps or websites, no data brokers. The app does not need an internet connection.
  5. Stored on your device. Scores and settings live in memory for the current session only. Siri, Shortcuts and the widget only open the app on a song; they hold no personal data.
  6. Permissions. You can turn the microphone and camera off at any time in the app, or in iOS Settings. Without them the robot demo, songs and credits still work.
  7. Children. The app is not directed at children and is not in the Kids category. It collects no data from anyone, including children. A parent or guardian should decide whether a young child uses the microphone or camera features.
  8. Health. Tips are about singing technique only and are not medical advice.
  9. Changes. If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date before the changed app is released. If a future version ever collected data, we would say so here and in the App Store privacy label first.

  1. マイク　「マイクを使う」を押すまでマイクはオフです。オンの間、画面表示・フレーズの採点・アドバイスの選択のために声の高さと大きさを測ります。音声は端末内で分析された後に破棄され、録音・ファイル保存・送信されることはありません。
  2. カメラと顔のデータ　「口の形のフィードバック（カメラ）」をオンにするまでカメラはオフです。オンの間は前面カメラ （対応端末では TrueDepth カメラによる 3D 顔トラッキング〔ARKit〕、それ以外は 2D の顔ランドマーク推定〔Apple Vision〕）を、口の形（開き・丸み・横への広がり）を読み取り、歌うべき母音と比べるためだけに使います。各フレームはメモリ内で数個の口の形の数値になり、その後破棄されます。顔のデータは録画・保存・送信されず、個人の識別には使われず、誰とも共有されず、ほかの目的（広告、分析、モデルの学習など）にも使われません。外部ディスプレイにカメラ映像は表示しません。
  3. Apple Intelligence　Apple Intelligence がオンの端末（日本語・英語）では、端末上の Apple の言語モデルがアドバイスの文面を言い換えることがあります。モデルが受け取るのはフレーズの結果（どのルールか、点数）だけで、声・顔・個人情報は渡しません。処理は端末上で行われ、Private Cloud Compute やほかのオンライン AI サービスは使いません。
  4. アカウント・トラッキングなし　サインイン、アカウント、広告、分析・クラッシュレポート SDK、アプリやウェブサイトをまたいだトラッキング、データブローカーは一切ありません。インターネット接続も不要です。
  5. 端末内のデータ　点数と設定は、その回の利用中だけメモリに置かれます。Siri・ショートカット・ウィジェットは曲を選んでアプリを開くだけで、個人データは持ちません。
  6. アクセス許可　マイクとカメラはアプリ内または iOS の「設定」でいつでもオフにできます。オフでも、ロボットのお手本・曲・クレジットは使えます。
  7. お子さま　本アプリはお子さま向けではなく、キッズカテゴリにも含まれません。お子さまを含め、誰からもデータを収集しません。小さなお子さまがマイクやカメラの機能を使うかどうかは、保護者の方がご判断ください。
  8. 健康　アドバイスは歌の技術に関するもので、医学的な助言ではありません。
  9. 変更　本ポリシーを変更する場合は、変更したアプリの公開前にこのページと施行日を更新します。将来データを収集することになった場合は、先にここと App Store のプライバシーラベルでお知らせします。
